The constant quality of production (including novelty, technical level, absence of defects, reliability in using) is one of the most important means of competitive struggle, gaining and deducting the market positions.

We are one of few companies in Russia and the only company in Central region of PVC window sills producers who has such laboratory of checking department.

Our laboratory allows to control many parameters of quality, which are stipulated by different Russian and International standards. First of all we control entrance raw materials.

The ready production is tested on conformity : samples – etalons – appearance (thickness of walls, edges of rigidity, width and length of ready product); conformity of figure and color of decorative film; technical documentation (planeness of product, longitudinal deviations, agdesia durability, test for crashworthiness).

That is why management of product control became the main part of manufacturing process and is aimed not only to finding defects of ready product but mostly to checking the product in the producing process.
